At PT Kemas Indah Maju, we believe that employee health is a top priority and a key factor in maintaining a productive and safe work environment. As part of our ongoing commitment, we conduct Annual Medical Check-Ups (MCU) to assess the well-being of our workforce, detect potential health risks early, and implement preventive measures to ensure long-term health sustainability.
Our MCU programs in 2023 and 2024 were designed to provide comprehensive health assessments, ensuring that employees remain fit for their roles while addressing any occupational health concerns. These check-ups align with Permenakertrans No. 2 Tahun 1980, emphasizing the importance of routine medical examinations for employees.
The MCU initiatives have covered a broad spectrum of tests, including general physical check-ups, hematology screenings, audiometry, spirometry, and specialized tests for employees working in high-risk environments.
Conducted across multiple Kemas Plant facilities and RS Metro Hospitals, these programs ensure that all employees, regardless of their location or role, receive the medical attention they need.
In 2024, 771 employees participated in the MCU, following a similar successful implementation in 2023. Each year, we refine and improve our processes, ensuring that our employees receive the best medical care and that our workplace remains a safe and healthy environment.
